Georgian Cuisine

Georgia has one of the most explicate and delicious cuisines. Khachapuri is cheese-stuffed bread, which is one of favorites’ for both locals and tourists. Georgians use herbs like tarragon, flat parsley, dill and coriander combined with walnuts and garlic for sauces. Khinkali (Georgian dumpling), Satsivi (Georgian food paste from walnuts), Lobiani (bean-filled bread), Churchkhela (grape, nuts flour) and a lot of other dishes originate from Georgia. It is certainly worth for tourists to visit Georgia and try these kinds of different dishes, which they won’t be able to rate anywhere else.
