A Feauture-Length Georgian Film

The Buenos Aires Festival Internacional de Cine Independiente is an international festival of independent films, which is organized every year in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The festival is managed by the Ministry of Culture of the Government of Buenos Aires City. Nino Basilaia’s film ‘Anna’s Life’ received a Merit Award at the International Film Festival in Argentina. The film is a about the difficulties that the single mother faces. There were 40 films from all over the world presented at the festival this year. 

The film ‘Anna’s Life’ is also a winner of a competition organized by Georgian National Film Center. In addition, film’s world premiere was at the Göteborg International Film Festival in Sweden. It was nominated for Ingmar Bergman Award.
