“We just built a new hotel,” she says. “We did not just renovate. This was reconstruction. We put in new floors, stairs, walls, new spa, with the help of Iranian and Georgian sculptors we reinstated all historical ornaments, inscriptions — everything. The design of the building combines characteristics of Persian, Georgian and European styles. The front side of “Firouze” is assembled with mirrors, different ornaments. Despite the reconstruction and refurbishment of the building, it has retained its original appearance and style.”
